Some say that the town of La Orotava is one of the best geographical choices to visit the island. In addition to the beauty of its landscapes and its historic center, La Orotava offers you a privileged access to discover the whole island from north to south. Located 10 minutes drive from the tourist town of Puerto De La Cruz, La Orotava retains its authentic side attracting a sporty and family clientele. Independent apartment complete with 3 double bedrooms + dining room on the terrace on the second floor of the house. Total renovation in 2023\. Workstation with RJ 45 very high speed socket in each room + wifi. Located on second line in a small dead end street very quiet in the city center, street parking is generally easy and free everywhere. You will be 750 meters walk from the historic center and 450 meters from the main bus station with direct lines to the north and south airports of the island as well as to the main areas of the island. A camera monitors the exterior door equipped with the common access keypad to the house. Once you have entered, you will find a second door at the top of the stairs on your left with another keypad and the personal code has been communicated to you, opposite at the end of the hallway the first bedroom and its small terrace overlooking the skylight. To your right is a second double bedroom. All rooms have individual TV sets. The next door gives access to the bathroom with shower.
