The property has a size of 3000 sqm and is beautifully planted. On a floor area of 230m2 there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A bathroom in addition to the shower room with a bathtub. A large living room with comfortable sofas and a light-flooded Arabic room. There is also a small oven for heating in case it is really too cold in winter. From here you can also reach the west facing terrace, which invites you to a "sundowner". The kitchen is generously designed and equipped. The courtyard is partially covered (sun protection) and there is a heated swimming pool. Features include a large TV in the living room and a TV in a bedroom, each with DVD. WiFi, kitchen with dishwasher, oven, pizza oven, microwave and various kitchen appliances, large fridge-freezer Combination. Weber gas grill in the courtyard. For golf fans there is a small golf course in the garden with artificial turf. In the annex there is a small fitness room with a treadmill and strength trainer. (Use explicitly at your own risk !!) After 150 meters, at the end of the street, the nature reserve begins. From there you can take very nice hikes or mountain bike tours to the volcanoes. It is about 1.5 km to Lajares. There are restaurants, small cafes, bakeries, pharmacies, supermarkets etc. Corralejo in the east with its beautiful dunes and beaches is about 10 km away. 6 km to the west is El Cotillo with also very beautiful beaches and a breathtaking cliff. Er ist umschlossen vom Haus in U-Form und windgeschützt. Der Check-in hat problemlos geklappt und auch die Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber war sehr nett. We did use the washing machine which clearly had'nt been used for a while as during and after there was a distinct unpleasant drain odour, and we used up the water allocation for that day. Es hat uns bisher immer sehr gut gefallen. In diesem Jahr hatten wir aber eine exzellente Unterkunft, die den Aufenthalt nochmals verschönerte. El alojamiento superó nuestras expectativas. La casa es muy confortable y está en un entorno maravilloso, muy cerca del volcán Calderón Hondo. Las camas son comodísimas. La cocina está muy bien equipada con mucho más de lo necesario. Tiene una barbacoa estupenda. El propietario es muy amable y estuvo todo el rato atento a nuestras necesidades. Hubo un pequeño problema con la contrata de limpieza y lo solucionó inmediatamente. Quizá la única pega para nosotros fue que en algunas habitaciones entraban mosquitos. Lo solucionamos abriendo solo las ventanas que tenían mosquiteras y poniendo los ventiladores que hay en cada habitación en las noches en que hizo calor (pocas porque Canarias tiene un clima fresco por las noches incluso en verano). Communication with the Owner, was very good! Especially as we had to delay our holiday for 1 year due to Covid restrictions. Matthias was very understanding and flexible throughout. So we are so happy to finally manage to get to his lovely villa. It is very well equipped and contains all the luxuries you need: warm pool, plenty of loungers and chairs, comfy beds, etc. We knew the area a bit from a previous holiday and Lajares ticks many boxes: it is a quiet area, which still has some restaurants, bars and shops. It's very easy to get to the more touristy bits and/or beaches in the north of the island, which are no more than 20 minutes away. Well worth the top ratings I gave it throughout! ##### Nadia S. Das Haus liegt am Rand von Lajares, fußläufig kann man Lajares Ortsmitte in 20 min erreichen. Man kann sofort auf den Vulkanweg. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt.
