Casa Mila is a luxury holiday villa situated in the quiet village El Roque, very close to the amazing beaches of El Cotillo. Located in one of the best locations on Fuerteventura, with the most incredible sunsets. Spacious open plan lounge with double sliding doors lead directly onto the large private terrace and garden with heated pool 25 degrees. You can apply for pool temperature on 28 degrees paying a supplement of 10 euros a day. The villa has a spacious open plan lounge, modern fully fitted kitchen including 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and everything else you need to feel at home.The villa contains 3 bedrooms with double beds and fitted wardrobes, 3 fully tiled bathrooms with a large walk-in shower, wc and sink in a vanity unit. Casa Mila is a privileged spot to relax and enjoy your holiday.

Calme, espace et confort.

J'ai séjourné avec une de mes amies dans cette très belle villa près du joli port d'El Cotillo sur la côte nord ouest de Fuerteventura. Tout y est bien conçu, meublé et équipé. La villa est neuve, possède tous les équipements modernes. L'espace extérieur avec sa piscine, son spa, sa plancha, ses chaises longues est bien protégé du vent. La région est authentique, un peu à l'écart des grands sites touristiques qui restent toutefois aisément accessibles en voiture. Le port d'El Cotillo, avec ses belles plages sauvages, possède plusieurs bons restaurants et un supermarché bien approvisionné. Je recommande vivement cette location dont les propriétaires, francophones, sont très à l'écoute et réactifs.

The villa made for a pleasant stay. It was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The pool was enjoyed every day at some point. A car is essential to be able to visit places of interest around the island. Supermarkets were close handy. Manuel, the manager was very helpful and attentive.

Superb villa, great host. The very best.

The villa is beautifully decorated, fully equipped and spotlessly clean. The pool and central courtyard was completely private and brought light into all the rooms. Manuel, the host was great, very happy to help. Couldn't have been happier with our week, in fact we hope to book for a longer stay in this Autumn.

Perfect villa for couple or small group

Quiet village location. Car essential as no facilities in the village hence 4/5 for location. Local towns a short drive away with plenty of bars and restaurants. Several supermarkets and other shops nearby. Beach 5 minute drive. Villa clean, very well maintained, equipped and comfortable. Pool heated to 28° 😊 Excellent communication from the ever helpful and charming Manuel. Unhesitatingly recommended.

Sehr ruhige Lage, Entspannung pur

Die Casa Mila erfüllt alle Erwartungen die das Inserat erweckt. Die absolute Ruhe in der kleinen Siedlung ist sehr angenehm. Der Pool ist nach dem Sonnenbad angenehm erfrischend, die ganze Villa gut eingerichtet. Wir waren zu Zweit, für 6 Personen wäre etwas mehr Geschirr vielleicht sinnvoll. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von Manuel sehr freundlich empfangen, die Einweisung war perfekt.Manuel gab uns eine Mobilnummer unter der wir ihn bei Problemen hätten erreichen können, aber es gab glücklichweise keine Probleme sodass wir die Mobilnummer nur brauchten um die Abreisedetails zu klären. Vielen Dank Manuel...

Nice Location and super Host

We had an fantastic stay at El Roque, the host is really friendly, helpfully and you can always contact him. Really nice for Families with Childs or Couples! Barbeceau outside, Kitchen with all kinds of equipment, and perfect warm water in the pool- We will come again one time! We stayed in the house for 2 weeks.

Quiet location with spacious bedrooms

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Mila. Laurent and Eliza were very helpful and said they were available if we needed them, which we did not. They kindly left us in peace. I was impressed that they provided quite a few items on arrival for our use including 5 litres of water, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, plenty of bin liners and dishwasher tablets. There was also a new toilet roll at each of the 3 toilets. There is a good fridge freezer and we used the dishwasher most days and the washing machine (took our own washing tablets) a couple of times. The hob and microwave were used daily, particularly for breakfasts. The beds were comfortable and a change of bedding and towels was provided. The TV was a decent one although not too much in the way of decent English language channels apart from a variety of news channels including Sky news, BBC World, CNN, Bloomberg, Russia Today, France 24 English language version etc. We enjoyed the heated swimming pool although it was mostly in the shade as were the balconies in January. When the sun is higher in the sky I would expect that the pool area has a good balance of sun and shade. The villa location was about a mile walk to the nearest Superdino supermarket on the edge of El Cotillo and a little further to the town or seafront. It is about 4 miles walk to the centre of Lajares and nearly 5 miles to the volcano walk which starts on the road to Majanicho. We had a car (essential for shopping supplies) but found the walking from the villa was quite good. You can walk to the Lighthouse and back along the coast to the north of El Cotillo or along the beaches to the south with their magnificent surf. Each walk is a 4 to 6 mile round trip from the villa. You can also walk inland, between and around the mountains in the general direction of La Oliva. There is also a walk of about 2.5 miles each way to a stone labyrinth for an unusual and a pleasant morning walk. I would very much recommend a restaurant called La Ballena (The Whale) near the Castillo in El Cotillo. We ended up eating there about 6 times because the food was of such high quality. They have a fantastic chef so we worked our way through much of the menu. All good and much was exceptional. Overall Casa Mila was a good villa and we enjoyed a pleasant relaxing stay.

Beautiful place!

We stayed there for a week over christmas and had a wonderful time! The house is beautiful and the location is perfect to have a few quiet days. Beaches are close, you could even walk to El Cotillo (ca. 20 min.) We really enjoyed the place, thanks Laurant!

Fantastic

Beautiful house, the description of the house is true and totally recommended. We stayed here for 12 days with two children and we missed nothing, the french bakery in Lajares saved every day our breakfest and in Cotillo are a lot of good and delicious restaurants.

Wunderschönes, sehr modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus

Endlich mal ein Ferienhaus mit einer gut funktionierenden Nespresso Maschine. Küche war gut ausgestattet, Grill auf der Terrasse war perfekt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, vor allem im wohltemperiertem Whirlpool. Der Pool war für meinen Geschmack zu kalt.

Great location, beautiful property, fabulous owners

The villa is locate near the beautiful beaches of El Cotillo, and a short drive to Corralejo, and the Waterpark (if you’ve kids). It’s also just a 2 minute drive from a great little supermarket. The property itself is as described, so just read the description and look at the pictures. Check-in and check-out were made effortless by the kind and friendly owners. So highly recommended.

Amazing Stay

I stayed at the villa for a week with my partner. The villa is excellent, clean, well equipped and spacious. The private pool and jacuzzi were amazing, as was the outdoor dining area which we used most nights for dinner. We were only a party of two so had loads of space and bathrooms, however it would also be perfect for a larger group and those with children as you can see the pool area from pretty much anywhere in the house. Laurent met us at the house on arrival and gave us full instructions and a walk round the house to make sure we were happy with everything. It is located in a small, quiet, local village which was perfect for us - we were visited by a couple of the neighbourhood pets during our stay, which was very entertaining! There is a well stocked supermarket nearby in El Cotillo, together with a number of cafes and places to eat, including a very popular French Bakery. It is walkable from the Villa - around 15 minutes or so. We walked into town a couple of mornings for coffee and for dinner in the evening. Overall, an amazing stay, we would definitely consider returning.

Sicuramente ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo... Location al top provvista di tutti i servizi e accessori...l 'idromassaggio esterno a bordo pisciba vale da solo il prezzo del biglietto.
