It was clean at arrival, quiet, private and the covered patio was a second room. The bed was very comfortable and I appreciated the black out window coverings. Check-in was simple, the combination locking system secure and easy. I am planning to use it again. ##### Suzanne M. The downside was that when we first arrived and checked in, the property was still dirty from the last renters stay.. However when we called the host he arranged for someone to come over right away and clean it while we waited on the patio. We finally went to the store to give her time to clean and she did a good job. The host refunded our cleaning fee right away so we were satisfied. Another problem was that the listing said there was cookware and dishware. That was not accurate. We had nothing to even boil water in. However our 3 night stay did not warrant us having to cook but we did want to boil an eggs and toast bread for breakfast. I would stay again. The bed was large and comfortable. The shower was very nice. The patio area was a nice place to be able to sit and eat or just relax. The property manager answered the questions that we had very quickly, which was appreciated, Although we didn't walk in the area, the downtown area was within a walkable distance from the property. The property is short drive to SDSU, which was the reason we were there. Although we did not want to eat dinner at the property, there was a lack of plates, silverware or any type of pots or pans, even though there was a small stovetop area and a microwave.
