There is a permanent resident downstairs, i had 3 kids so the anxiety that came with us making too much noise was real. Mind you, there were no complaints that i was aware of, however, i know they endured excessive noise down below. It's just a short 20 minute drive to the beach, zoo, and Sea World. I thought the beds were comfortable to sleep on, however, the couch isn't the most comfortable. Overall, it's a cozy space and I would recommend this place to others. ##### Carrie H.
