"Updated and spacious rooms. Buffet was good though I’ve had better at Swissotel Makkah (not Maqam). Friendly staff. Very convenient location with access to everything including transportation. Cafe was good. Overall incredibly convenient. Fast elevators. Never felt crowded. Adhan and Salat are broadcast in rooms. Great option for families with children"

"Amazing location and services. Staff at reception were fantastic and realised how tired I was and I cheekily requested a room with a view and was upgraded. The room was amazing with partial kaabah view Spacious and clean. Everything in the hotel is clearly labelled. Breakfast was international and one of the best views in Makkah. Definately worth the extra cash "
