This villa lies among the most charming towns in the province of Seville, such as Osuna, Écija and Marchena. Thanks to this house’s location, you can either discover the nearby towns or head to Seville for a cultural day-trip. However, you can also choose to stay home and relax. Inside the house, you are welcomed by a spacious dining-living room, with several armchairs and sofas where you can kick back and enjoy some regenerating siestas, also thanks to the warm/cool air-con and the wood-burning stove that ensure a cosy atmosphere. The attached open kitchen is provided with the amenities needed to surprise your family’s palates. The villa’s three bedrooms, which rely on warm-cool air-con, are ideal for up to six people to sleep there regardless of the season chosen to travel; two bedrooms are equipped with two twin beds each, and one bedroom is furnished with a 1.35-mt bed. A huge bathroom with shower is also available inside the villa. Outside, the 1,250-sq-mt property features several corners that fit all the family’s desires. Sie kamen jeden zweiten Tag morgens, um die Pflanzen zu gießen und den Pool zu reinigen, aber nie, ohne uns am Vortag Bescheid zu geben. Wir schätzten die Aufteilung des Außenbereichs, der geräumig genug ist, wenn Sie Kinder haben. Der Innenraum ist traditionell eingerichtet, es gibt die notwendige Grundausstattung. Das Grundstück ist durch Sträucher abgeteilt, die beim Schwimmen Privatsphäre garantieren. Es gibt einige lokale Geschäfte, deren Öffnungszeiten ganz besonders sind, ich denke, das hängt zweifellos mit der Aktivität dieser ländlichen Gemeinde zusammen. Plötzlich ist es besser, in die nächste Stadt zu fahren, die genau 15 Minuten entfernt ist, es gibt Supermärkte mit mehr Auswahl und die Fahrpläne bieten mehr Flexibilität. Es ist anzumerken, dass es sich um eine etwas industriell geprägte Stadt handelt, also ohne Charme, und es gibt ein wenig landwirtschaftliche Aktivität, also muss man sich damit abfinden. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen.
