Plenty of towels and beach stuff. Kitchen well stocked . Nice eating area on outside patio by street (quiet street). Parking easy in front (1 car only). The place was ideal for our needs and wants . Would be tight bid spending a lot of time inside with a family —-but then no reason to do that in San Diego . Only downside was cost (750/nigh all inclusive) but this is high season. Grill and dining table on front patio worked well for us. Property management co was communicative, responsive to a couple of minor requests we had, and easy to work with. The outdoor spaces are unusable unless we sweep up the leaves and rotting berries that fall from the trees. The couch is really disgusting and the floors were not cleaned. The cushions for the back deck are covered in dirt and can only be used if you place beach towels over them. Enjoyed the stay in 2023 but it has gone downhill ##### David E.
