This property reads nicer than it is, certainly for what you pay to stay. There were plenty of beach gear to play with and pool floaters. The kitchen was stocked with basics. Big miss were linens. Motel six quality bath towels, no beach or pool towels. Kitchen cabinets were worn and tacky to the touch. One bathroom racier was corroded. One bedroom (for 4 people) has no way to hang or put away clothes, and no luggage rack until we asked for one. Couldn’t be better This is an exception property. Everything promised and more!!! The bedrooms are incredibly comfortable and perfectly laid out, the living room kitchen awesome, modern, and so convenient, ample baths and wonderful showers. The pool and jacuzzi were excellent! AvantStay was highly responsive and helpful. We have stayed at multiple VRBO listings previously and this one is by far the most exceptional. A truly lovely venue. ##### Carol Z.
