The home comes with everything you need, including a well stocked kitchen, comfortable living room space to watch movies and play games, and the outdoor hot tub was a particularly great feature after spending the day at the beach. I cannot say enough good things about it. Comfortable, high end, perfect location. We particularly liked the roof top for dinners at sunset. You have a clear view of the ocean. Almost everything you need - outdoor space, BBQ, office, kids rooms, etc. No indoor dining area. No problem if warm out. Furniture, rugs, etc starting to show some wear. Perfect for families.
