There are three sleeping arrangements for your convenience (2 bedrooms + living room sleeper sofa). The first bedroom has 2 queen beds with sunny windows and flat screen TV, plus en-suite bathroom with combo tub/shower, walk-in closet and washer/dryer. Neighborhood felt safe and we liked walking to the beach and to the Taco Stand. Layout of the place was a little funky but we ended up sharing the room with two queens and it worked fine. Be aware that kitchen doesn't come equipped with any spices other than salt & pepper--- probably not an issue for people who want to eat out the whole time, but we like to cook so that felt limiting. We LOVED sitting out & enjoying coffee on the veranda in the morning Communication with property manager was great-- when there was a small issue with the dishwasher they came right away, fixed it, and even brought treats. :)We would stay here again! ##### Chelsea M.
