The neighborhood is quiet, residential, and safe. It may be helpful for future guests to have written instructions for items such as the television. The layout of the house and back yard are perfect for hanging out with the family. The beds in the bedrooms are really comfortable. The owner and manager were very responsive and accommodating. We missed that the two queens in the office were blow up beds and open to family room, but it worked out ok. There is limited seating in the backyard but my brother brought over some extra chairs and a canopy for shade and all was great. Thanks! We do want to stay again! ##### michelle o. House was as described and owner/manager was very responsive. Neighborhood felt very safe and walkable. Kitchen was sufficiently supplied with basic cooking items. The master bedroom bed was memory foam heaven. Hot tub was wonderful, back yard view was as pictured. My only issue which is totally out of the control of the owner/manager was the constant sound of landscaping in the area. It was clean, well-stocked and the outdoor area was beautiful. Excellent ocean views from the property. Pool and hot tub were excellent. WiFi was excellent. Really enjoyed our stay as a family of four. Neighborhood is quiet and property was very private.
