When we arrived we couldn't park because the city had the alley closed. Next day there was a car parked in what was supposed to be our parking spot, when the car finally moved, a different car parked in the alley blocking access to the parking spot. The unit is right next the beach and La Jolla shores restaurants. It’s very quiet, especially considering how centrally located the unit is. It was clean and well stocked with the essentials (kitchen supplies, dish soap, laundry detergent, beach toys, paper towels, etc). It’s a lower level unit with a side alley entrance but there are gates on both sides to block out any foot traffic so it feels very safe. This property has a spectacular location, only a 5 minute, 2 block walk to the beach, and some of La Jolla’s best restaurants right outside the door. It was also so convenient to have the use of beach chairs, beach equipment, and beach umbrellas available for our use. It was a perfect size for two adults. Our only issue was the persistent smell of sulfur from the bathroom and sink drains. I reached out to Leti and she was able to assess the property during our stay and had a plumber in after we vacated to fix the issue. I wish this had been rectified sooner as some other tenants before us had mentioned the same in their reviews and it wasn’t fixed at that time, but overall we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the incredible convenience of the location. ##### Elizabeth C.
