If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. \- Pool heat is a paid feature and must be requested 48-72 hours before the day of check-in. \- Please note that the back balcony is not fenced. \- This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home, otherwise, if violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000. \- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. \- The master bathroom tub's jets are currently non-operational. \- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Same-day bookings are not permitted. \- Absolutely no exterior amplified music is allowed. Violations will result in a $500 fine. \- While we do our best to notify guests in advance, unannounced power outages may occur due to unexpected city maintenance. \- No events are allowed unless pre-approved and coordinated through Avantstay. The view is phenomenal from the Hills overlooking La Jolla beach and is a few minutes drive from the shores/downtown area with all the retail and restaurants.
