This lovely 2 bedroom 1 bath home sits on a quiet Avenue within walking distance to the beach, gorgeous sunsets, white sands, surfing, shopping, restaurants, bars and more! It\`s also easily accessible to Bird Rock and La Jolla Village with coffee shops, local restaurants and shops, as well as a few recreational parks. Sea World is about 15 minutes by car, whereas the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, and San Diego International Airport (SAN), and downtown San Diego are all about 25 minutes away. Attention: This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, or pets. They are very open that it does not have a dishwasher, not a problem. Be aware it doesn’t have ac, this was not an issue in September since the weather was nice and cool. The place was great and had all the amenities for a family of 4\. Location was also a plus! Short walk to the beach and near all the SD attractions! ##### Ron W. The house was cozy and clean, and the grill/patio area was perfect for evening hangouts. The house was also just a 5 minute walk to the beach, so it was easy to go for sunset after work. The surrounding area is nice and quiet too. I highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a relaxing San Diego getaway. Check in/out was simple and Laura was immediately responsive to any questions/concerns I had. ##### Andrew Z.
