Just around the corner from these cozy restaurants and boutiques sits Birdrock Beach Cottage. This adorable home has been beautifully updated with new flooring, paint and updated kitchen and bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen Smart TV and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with new vanity, tile, and paint. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, Smart Tv and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The kitchen has all new appliances, countertops, and cabinets, and is open planned living with a wonderful kitchen nook and dining table that comfortably seats 6\. The living room has a comfy sofa, Smart TV and looks over the front garden area and leafy streets of Birdrock. The backyard is your own little getaway to heaven. With a brand-new Spa, outdoor dining table and chairs for al fresco dining and a very comfortable conversation piece you have all the comforts you could need for a lovely La Jolla vacation. Enjoy Tourmaline Beach to the south and Windansea Beach to the north or cruise into the Village of La Jolla for a smorgasbord of restaurants, boutiques, and shops.
