Casa Blanca is a very well kept modern house design with clean, open spaces where you can enjoy the view of the ocean and pool area from any angle of the house. You can have a peaceful nap on one of the hammocks under the palm trees, the sounds of the waves and the refreshing breeze of the ocean. We have excellent sunny, tropical weather, and warm year round. We have lots of coconut trees.You can have a lot of fun, some of the very fun things you can do here are playing and having fun with your family at the pool, spend your mornings at the beach playing in the sand, and after a delicious lunch have a siesta in our comfortables hammocks. Your evenings watching the sunset together with your family, and the stars at night are spectacular. The peace that you feel at casa blanca beach front is hard to find any where else. This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy life at the beach!!! As you enter the property you will see the drive way and gardens with lots of coconut trees and when you walk into the house you will see the a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary cooking utensils, all kitchen appliances, don't need to bring anything just your luggage, and your joy. To your right the comfortable living room where you can have lots of laughs while enjoying a relaxing glass of wine, and right in front of you the graciously decorated dining room with an excellent ocean view. All of our furniture is custom made in El Salvador from the best woods of our country. We also have a separate laundry room area with an additional bedroom and full bathroom. We also provide a service person to clean the rooms and help in the kitchen.There is also a keeper who takes care the house gardens, pool and security inside the property. Beach house description: Master Bedroom # 1: king size bed, a/c, ceiling fans, cable tv, wifi. Bedroom # 2: one bunkbed upper bed twin/full and lower bed full/queen, one full/queen bed, a/c, ceiling fan, cable tv, wifi, full bathroom as well. Bedroom # 3: one bunkbed upper bed twin/full and lower bed full/queen, one queen size bed, a/c, ceiling fan, cable tv, wifi, and full bathroom. This bedroom also has a connecting balcony with the master bedroom, from this balcony you can enjoy the whole view of the swimming pool, sunset , coconut trees, and the ocean. There is also a spacious sun deck right by the pool area and facing the ocean, this deck includes a mini bar and ceiling fans and it's ideal for entertaining, the perfect spot for barbecuing and to spend wonderful times with friends and family. There are some hammocks hanged around this deck so you can fully relax with a tropical drink in your hand and have the best of times from the comfort of your hammock and all your friends around you. You can also go upstairs this deck and find a enormous balcony area ideal for sunbathing. Our main goal is for you to have an awesome time, and enjoy your vacation. Perfect for a large family. It has all of the amenities needed to spend a relaxing time ocean front. The beach directly in front is a little rough but if you walk to the left a couple of beach houses away, it's nice and safer to play and get in. Always with caution. The care takers are very helpful. I have zero complaints, we had a lovely time, played music, enjoyed family time, had a few drinks, it was awesome!The only issue is the beach, OMG it is very violent, do not get in the water right in front of the ranch, it might cost you your life. I grew up in El Puerto de La Libertad so I love getting in the beach water, thus I was a bit disappointed about that, other than that it's great. We liked the privacy, enjoyed the pool and loved that we were right on the beach. I liked that the rooms were cleaned every day (15 daily fee) and 30 per day for a cook. Although we were there during rainy season we got plenty of sun since we got lucky that it rained at night. The beach is beautiful and best to take a swim in the morning since waves get choppy in the afternoon which is a good time to relax in a hammock drinking fresh coconut water provided by Jose, (onsite staff). Recommend Pampas restaurant, located 5 minutes away. The amenities are great! The pool is really nice to have and the beach is super close. The house is huge and there is definitely enough space for a family or two. The host is really nice and always prompt in responding. We did have an issue with the AC but they did their best to accommodate and compensate for it. Furthermore, they were super helpful in helping us find places to go and helping us set ourselves up for the trip. However, the biggest drawback of this place is that it is clearly still developing. There is not much to do in the immediate area around it. There really isn’t any tourism here at the time of writing this review. Entertainment and restaurants are scarce. The staff was on hand to make sure all of our needs were met, and the cooking was amazing. Truly this house has the best team. We are leaving beyond grateful and impressed. It was very spacious and clean, the house was beautifully designed, and we really appreciated the shampoo and conditioner, fresh towels, beach towels, dishes, etc. The beach was breathtaking and the sunsets were spectacular! Rina was very welcoming and gave us some great tips. Sonia and Ledy were amazing cooks and Don Jose and Sandra really went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The property is gorgeous with plenty of space to gather together or escape for a little privacy. Everyone is already planning to return again next year if possible! Rina is an outstanding host and helped accommodate our family’s celebration of my dad’s 70th birthday. We communicated our intentions to have an event of about 40 ppl and Rina graciously offered us help to coordinate as much as needed. Her prop manager Don José is a gem of a person and he made everyone crystal clear about the rules and made our stay memorable. This was a perfect place for us to get together with all four of our families of our kids!The 6 bedrooms are all comfortable, have AC, and easy access to bathrooms. The pool is shallow (just around 3 feet) so it is very family friendly. The water is warm -- your kids won't want to get out.However, probably the best part is including the option for the on-site cook and cleaning. Our cook did an amazing job cooking for all 14 of us, 3 meals a day!!! (you pay a separate bill for the groceries and the cooks services -- be sure to work out how that transaction will occur so you don't run into issues with Zelle, etc). Because of these services, we were able to relax essentially 100% of the time we were there.Drawbacks would be that the beach is not friendly to small children. There is quite a bit of waves and current, so close supervision is necessary.Also, the cook is a perk in one way, but also quite necessary if you don't want to cook yourself, because there are really very few food options in the area (unless, perhaps, you \*really\* know your way around).Finally, there isn't really any 'down town' or 'beach strip', so you won't have the experience that some tourists expect when they visit a beach destination.For us, it was just about perfect.
