It offers direct access to the sea and beach without crossing any roads. It sleeps 7\. It is very comfortable and pleasantly furnished. On the ground floor, you'll find a beautiful main room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher, an oven, and a 4-burner gas stove. The living room opens onto a private garden with direct access to the beach, a covered terrace with an electric awning, TV, and internet access. Upstairs, you'll find a bathroom (bathtub, double sink, heated towel rail) and a toilet. Two bedrooms, one on the beach side with a 140x200 cm bed and air conditioning, and a balcony, are located; the other on the parking side has two bunk beds and a pull-out bed. Plus points: private garden private parking, electric grill, air conditioning upstairs, awning. And above all, direct access to the beach. Non-smoking apartment; pets not allowed.
