The best views of Arenal Volcano from a very comfortable villa, located just 2 miles from downtown La Fortuna and very close to all main tourist attractions. It features 3 bedrooms, air conditioning throughout the house (Bedrooms, living room and kitchen areas), 2.5 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, relaxing PRIVATE HEATED POOL (31 to 33 Celcius / 87 to 92 fahrenheit), BBQ area, laundry area (Washer and dryer) and private parking with electric gate. Air conditioning throughout the house (Bedrooms, living room and kitchen areas), you will be able to relax and cool off after your daily adventures or keep it cool if you want to hang out in the house. It was close enough to LaFortuna that we were able to make trips into town to the market without a huge inconvenience yet removed enough that we felt like we were away from everyone else. The location is wonderful and we were very close to everything. There is also a small grocery store about 5 minutes away which we frequented. We fully enjoyed the warm pool, the grill, the extra space and the safety! Thanks for sharing your home! If you’re looking for a great place for a big family this is it! We were a family of 6 and it was the perfect fit with room to spare. We felt close to all the things Arenal has to offer, hot springs, the volcano hikes, hanging bridges, zip lining, rope swing… everything was within 20 minutes or less. ##### Colette R. The final turn to find it tricked us a few times but once we figured it out, it was no problem. The set up, for our fam of 17B, 15G, 13G, and 9G was perfect as my wife and I had our space, the 17B did as well and the girls could bunk together. We felt safe. The house was comfortable. The pool was wonderful. Having a washer and dryer was massive! The best part, however, was morning coffee, sitting outside and hanging out with the Arenal volcano - rain or shine! I could easily have seen us enjoing the outside space even more if we were staying longer. Thank you for having us! ##### Ryan M. There were two couples in our party so we only used the two bedrooms with King beds, but there was plenty of room for another adult couple or a few young children. While the property does advertise space for 10 guests, personally, I think 6 adults would be ideal as seating inside and outside for more than 4-6 could be tight. The pool is so nice and peaceful. Morning coffee by the pool watching the clouds float past the volcano was so relaxing - and just what we needed! The proximity to town/restaurants is great, but a bit too far to walk. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! ##### Fanny S.
