Cabo's incredible East Cape is rapidly becoming the go-to area for those seeking endless pristine beaches, privacy and tranquility. A short 40 minute ride from the airport (included) and you'll find yourself immersed in natural wonders, in a brand new modern home with all the amenities.   
  
Villa Vista Ballena includes daily housekeeping, butler & chef services, roundtrip airport transfer, use of a brand new Polaris UTV, as well as access to the brand new El Encanto beach and fitness club. The house was completed in 2023, and you will NOT find a nicer home on the East Cape. You'll never forget natural beauty of the East Cape and Villa Vista Ballena. Vista Ballena translates to Whale View, and you will get your fill during whale season!
