Deerfield Hideaway at Old Rocky This freshly renovated, beautiful A-Frame, waterfront lake house is located in Deerfield Resort. It offers accommodation for up to 19 guests. Your group will enjoy two tiers of walkout decks with beautiful lake views, a grill, a shared dock, two refrigerators, an ice machine, and a fire pit. This home is a great option for multiple families or bringing mom and dad along. The main level bedrooms are perfect for an older family member or friend who cannot do steps. \*\*The space\*\* The main level offers a great room with a living and dining area, a full kitchen, pantry, laundry nook, two bedrooms, and one full bathroom. From the front entry, great room, and kitchen, you will have access to the large wrap- around deck, which houses a grill, outdoor eating area/table, and furniture for lounging. The upper level is a loft and offers one bedroom, one full bathroom, and an open sleeping and sitting area. It is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful lake views. The basement offers two bedrooms, one with a walkout deck overlooking the lake, a bunk room with three (3) twin over full bunk beds, a living room with a wet bar area, and a full bathroom. There is a shared dock with the neighboring home, with a drivable (via side- by-side) and walkable pathways. A shared side-by-side is available to drive on-site, to and from the dock \*\*\* This home is ideal for hosting large families or groups with children, offering plenty of space and comfort. Guests will have access to: SECURITY: Guests will stop at the guard shack on their way into Deerfield Resort to confirm the address you are heading to. CONVENIENCE: Deerside Market specializes in picking up custom-built grocery orders for you. Open from 9 am - 9 pm Monday – Saturday and from 9 to 5 on Sunday. SWIMMING POOLS: Open Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day Weekend. 10AM-9PM Daily. There is no lifeguard on duty. An adult must accompany children under the age of 12 GOLF: The Greens at Deerfield is a Par 71, 6,700-yard championship golf course open to the public year-round. PLAYGROUND: Open all year - Adult supervision is required for youngsters under the age of 12. TENNIS & SAND VOLLEYBALL COURTS: Open daylight to dark. It is not necessary to reserve court time. Rackets and balls are not provided. MARINA: Deerfield Cove Marina offers dry docks, wet docks, and boat ramps. CART RENTALS: Deerfield Resort offers golf carts to get around the neighborhood. Great proximity to Deerfield Marina. Lots of room for the family. Two beautiful decks that we could sit out on and see the lake. We were disappointed in the steep access to the dock with no step option. Also the water level was very low and we had problems docking our pontoon. I did inquire about that before renting the property and was told it was fine the same time last year. It would have helped if the dock could have floated out some to compensate. The fire pit was a lot of fun and well equipped. Lots of deer to see! Séjour de 4 nuits en août 2025 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Jon P. 27 juill. 2025 Points forts : Propreté The house and property was clean and tidy. I was concerned about the dock and boat parking. The dock is small and narrow but it was plenty deep so no issue.Check in instructions were clear and clearly state to bring trash bags and toilet paper. Definitely bring them! The house was pretty bare when we arrived. A/C worked great and kept the house cool at night. The house has direct sun during the day so don't expect it to cool the house way down on a 90 degrees day.The shared Polaris Ranger was a huge help. The hill is incredibly steep like many cabins in the area are. The ignition on the gas grill did not work. Overall the house is nice and the stay was great. No major complaints! ##### Jon P. The only downfall to the property was the dock. It is tight at the end of the cove & the dock was not tied off correctly so it made it a challenge to get from land to the dock.
