### Cozy cabin in La Flèche with terrace and river view

Close to La Flèche Zoo, this charming chalet offers a natural setting for an ideal stay with family or friends.  
Comfortable, cozy, and serene, the chalet is designed for a pleasant stay. You can also enjoy a view of the Loir River from the 27m² terrace.  
All on the ground floor: living room with fully equipped kitchen and dining area, lounge area with large sofa, large flat-screen TV, and Bluetooth speaker. 3 bedrooms. Separate toilet, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and 1 sink. 1 separate toilet.  
  
Heating and air conditioning included.  
  
A partnership with the zoo allows you to benefit from reduced rates upon request before your arrival, with a reduced rate card for the family.  
Also close to Lac de la Monnerie, where you can enjoy a fine sandy beach, the leisure center is the ideal playground for young and old. Also popular for its fishing lake and birdwatching lake, the site is sure to delight walkers and nature lovers.  
  
The maximum capacity is 6 people; no additional guests will be accepted day or night.  
The cottage is not a venue for family gatherings or other parties of more than 6 people. This chalet is offered to you as a whole, with private parking on a 1400m² plot of land with direct access to the river. A fence secures access to the "Loir".  
Fishing is possible with a daily, weekly, or annual permit.  
Access to the 27m² terrace from the living room with river views. There is a pétanque court.  
A plancha grill is available for your use.  
You have a living room with a large sofa, flat-screen TV, Bluetooth speaker, and internet access. A kitchen/dining room equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, oven, Cookeo, and raclette grill.  
Baby equipment (travel cot and/or high chair) can be provided upon request. Board games are available.  
2 bedrooms with a 140x190 cm bed and 1 bedroom with two 90x190 cm beds. A bathroom with a vanity unit (hairdryer available) and a separate toilet.  
  
Additional cleaning fee: €70 (the countertop, dishes, kitchen appliances, and the griddle must be cleaned even if the cleaning fee has been purchased).  
Linens, bed linen, and towels are included; beds will be made upon arrival.

The maximum capacity is 6 people; no additional guests will be accepted during the day or night.
