Includes: Living room with TV opening onto a private garden. Attractive, fully equipped kitchenette: hob, mini-oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, and microwave. One bedroom with a double bed, a mezzanine with three single beds. Bathroom: walk-in shower, sink, washing machine. Separate WC. Garden with awning and garden furniture. Private pool and private parking (pool open June to September). Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Linens are not provided; rental is available through our partner, please contact us. Heating from October 1st to May 31st is charged extra according to meter readings. WiFi rental available with 5G box: €40/week.
