The Space:  
Step into your private beachfront escape, where ocean breezes and stunning views welcome you the moment you arrive. This cozy 1-bedroom retreat features a plush king-size bed and a set of bunk beds, making it ideal for couples, solo travelers, or small families. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, and the open layout ensures a relaxed, comfortable stay.  
  
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, whether it’s fresh seafood from the local market or a quick beachside snack. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony while watching the waves roll in, or unwind in the living area with your favorite show after a day of exploring. High-speed WiFi ensures you can stay connected, whether working remotely or sharing your vacation moments with loved ones.  
  
Outside, you’ll have access to two refreshing pools, perfect for cooling off after a day in the sun. While the property sits right on the beach, please note that nearby construction may cause some daytime noise. La Cruz de Huanacaxtle is a charming, laid-back fishing village known for its world-class marina, fresh seafood, and authentic local culture. Stroll along the marina, enjoy beachfront restaurants with live music, or visit the famous Sunday market for artisanal goods and local produce.  
Just a 5-7 minute drive away, Bucerías offers a wider selection of dining, bars, and shops. If you're up for a day trip, Sayulita’s surf scene and Puerto Vallarta’s vibrant Malecón are within easy reach. Whether you're looking for adventure or relaxation, this area has something for everyone.  
  
Getting Around:  
A car is recommended to explore the area, but taxis and rideshares are readily available. Bucerías is just a short drive away, while Sayulita, the Puerto Vallarta Malecón, and the airport are all within 25-45 minutes.  
For a more local experience, hop on a bus or hire a bike to explore nearby beaches and towns. The marina also offers boat tours and fishing charters for those looking to explore the bay.
