Beautiful golden beaches and calm waves make it perfect for kayaks or paddleboards (available at no extra charge). 24/7 security, a gym, tennis/basketball courts, & green spaces. The Space:  
3 bedroom Villa with a large backyard, grill, and a fully equipped kitchen. All bedrooms and living rooms have air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi. You have private parking.  
  
As a guest of this villa, you'll have access\* to the B Nayar Beach Club and all of its facilities. Lounge by the two 100m pools, play tennis/basketball, or indulge in fresh, light cuisine at the open-air restaurant. Sip on a margarita or a freshly-squeezed lemonade with mineral water, and take in the spectacular views of the Sierra Madre mountains and Banderas Bay. The beach club includes lounge chairs, umbrellas, 2 pools, tennis court, basketball, and kayaks (depending on the weather). The restaurant is great and includes items such as chilaquiles ($130), quesadillas ($130), hamburgers ($165), fish tacos ($165), fajitas ($270), ceviche ($240), margaritas ($95), and Corona beer ($45).  
  
It is not allowed to enter the beach club with coolers, food, drinks, or speakers. The amenities and prices offered by the Beach Club may change at any time, as it is managed by a private company.

#### Nice Place, beach club very good

House is very nice, some parts are in need of a little maintenance and renovation, showers and bathrooms, but overall good. Be aware there's nothing in the house, no salt, sugar, any kind of condiments, really nothing.
