This was me and my family's first time in Costa Rica, this property was so beautiful and in the middle of all the activities. Loved it and will visit again and recommend to freinds and family.

A million good things to say about this hotel. Our check-in team was incredibly friendly. When they learned that my mom was sick and had to go to a hospital in San Jose, they processed our refund without any problems. Everywhere we went, the staff exceeded our expectations. The rooftop even provided room service for us, and one staff member went out of their way to bring a special knife to cut open our coconut. This is the kind of place where you can truly relax and trust the people around you to take care of your needs. We will definitely come back. The hotel’s designer is also a genius—the property is beautifully laid out. The pools have great depth for little kids, and the whole place is very family-friendly with thoughtful safety considerations throughout.

This is an amazing resort. What makes it even more special is that the staff are caring and go out of their way to make the resort a 5star resort. It’s a must stay on my Costa Rica list of best stays.
