### The Castle Stables

18th century stable in the grounds of a beautiful family home, set in the heart of a magnificent 30-hectare estate.  
Very quiet, many walks and excursions possible in a magnificent forest, with bridle paths.  
Numerous activities (canoeing, tree climbing, golf, horse riding, lake for swimming, cinema, bowling, etc.) or cultural sites (Château du Champs de bataille, Bizy, Musée de Giverny/Monnet, Château d'Acquigny, Château Gaillard, Paris 1h, Deauville 1h, Rouen 40mn).  
  
130m2 flat, occupying the left-hand side of the château's former stables, with private entrance and garden and the possibility of walks in the estate's forest:  
  
Large south-facing living room of 30m2,   
Dining room 20m2 (seats 10),   
Fully-equipped kitchen for outdoor dining,   
3 bedrooms on the 1st floor:   
\> Bedroom n°1; 1 double bed 160  
\> Bedroom n°2: 2 single beds that can be converted into a double bed if required  
\> Bedroom n°3: 2 single beds that can be converted into a double bed if required  
1 bathroom on the 1st floor and 1 shower on the ground floor.

For weekends, possibility of departure until 5pm on Sundays.

By car: 1 hour from Paris  
By train: 15 minutes from Évreux station (Paris St Lazare/Caen/Cherbourg line) or 20 minutes from Val de Reuil station (Paris St Lazare/Rouen/Le Havre line).
