"Lovely place, really clean and comfortable, beds had lamps, plug sockets, large draw for storage and blinds for privacy. Room had fridge with some bottles of water. Service was excellent. A few issues, the address for the hostel isn't clear on hotels.com needed to call to get the right number and during check-in hotels.com hadn't sent the payment to the hostel which required a lot of phone calls to have the booking cancelled and I had to pay again. It's been over a week and still waiting for...

"Nice place to stay, but it got off to a bad start at check-in. There was a problem with my booking. The clerk was accusatory, argued with me when I wasn’t arguing with her, and was overly aggressive in personality. Don’t know why she felt the need to be so loud either. That was the last thing I wanted to deal with after a very long day of traveling. After having to deal with her unpleasantness, everything else went smooth. The hostel itself is very nice. Nice set up. "

"Serious zeruous bed bug infestation, staff know abour it wont do anything serious outher than lie about steam cleaning. Whole place needs fumigation. i have over 100 bites. Other cuatomers had similar experience. Sleeping rough on the beach is preferable. Changed beds got worse. Owner blamws travellers for bringing them in oersonall despite it being a first experience for many. Just avoid."

"Great venue with amazing views, only 10 minute drive into Chania. Pools are clean and plenty of sun beds. Amazing choice for breakfast. Dining room was very good. Just a heads up that you pay for the breakfast when you’re on site. Would return"
