1h30 south of Paris, between Gien and Briare, on the way to Berry and the Loire Valley castles. At the exit of La Bussière, along the D707 road, the semi-detached house "La Ferboiserie" is independent and has a small enclosed courtyard at the front. The cottage is spacious and comfortable. In the surrounding area, you can discover La Bussière with its Château des Pêcheurs which is located at the crossroads of the Val de Loire, Puisaye and Gâtinais. Easy access with the A.77 5 minutes away. GROUND FLOOR: Semi-open kitchen on the living room - dining room, Linen room, separate WC, Shower room (shower, sink), 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190).   
UPSTAIRS: 1 bedroom (1 bed 90x190), 1 bedroom (2 beds 90x190), separate WC.
