New 42 m² (Carrez law) apartment ideally located in the heart of the Vosges Mountains. Just 3 km from the downhill and Nordic ski slopes, you can leave the apartment on snowshoes. In summer, mountain biking, cross-country, downhill, and hiking trails are just a stone's throw away. Ideal for nature lovers, walks, swimming, local produce, and more. The cozy apartment with a wood interior will ensure you have a pleasant stay. Parking space and private garage. Outdoor space. The apartment on the second and top floor consists of a 27 m² (Carrez law) living room (46 m² floor space) with a fitted and equipped kitchen: 3 ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, extractor hood, refrigerator and freezer compartment, kettle, coffee maker (filter and Senseo pods), toaster. Kitchen essentials.  
Television and Wi-Fi access. Bathroom of 4m² (Carrez law) (8m² floor space) with shower, washing machine, hairdryer, heated towel rail, and toilet.  
Bedroom with 160x200cm bed + 2x90x190cm bunk beds of 12m² (16m² floor space)  
  
Basement storage room for skis and bikes  
  
Outdoors: Garden with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and parasol, barbecue area shared with other residents of the residence.  
  
Utilities not included (meter readings upon arrival and departure).  
Bed linens, towels, and cleaning are optional. Linens are included.
