\- Entrance : Accessible via the living room or the kitchen, it leads to a bright living area with a modular sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a large dining table. The main living space benefits from high ceilings and a large opening to the outside.  
\- Kitchen : Modern and functional, it is equipped with all necessary utensils. Its central island and ample storage make it a practical and convivial space. An adjacent pantry-laundry room completes this area.  
\- Master Suite : Featuring a 160x200 cm bed, a wardrobe, and direct access to the terrace, it offers stunning views of the ocean. The ensuite bathroom includes an Italian shower and a bathtub.  
\- Bedroom 2 : This room includes two single 90x200 cm beds (convertible into a double bed), a large wardrobe, and a garden view.  
\- Toilets : A spacious independent WC with a washbasin.  
  
Upstairs  
\- Mezzanine : This convivial space is perfect for gathering around a foosball table.  
\- Bedrooms 3 and 4 : Connected by a shared bathroom with an Italian shower and WC, these rooms are each equipped with a 160x200 cm bed and a wardrobe, ideal for parents wishing to stay close to their children.  
\- Office Area : A quiet space for working or reading.

\- A new independent bedroom has been recently added, offering privacy and comfort with a 160x200 cm double bed and a private bathroom.
