This charming family home is the perfect place to create unforgettable memories. With a private pool and a spacious terrace, every corner invites you to enjoy the sun and good company.   
  
Upon entering, you will find a cozy living room that features a window overlooking the pool, allowing you to keep an eye on the little ones while relaxing. To the left, you will discover a beautiful suite with a double bed and a private bathroom, ideal for enjoying your privacy. Right next door, you will find the fully equipped kitchen.   
  
On the opposite side, a practical laundry area offers access to a second bathroom with a shower and a second bedroom with a double bed, which also features large windows that open onto the covered terrace, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset.   
  
Going up to the first floor, you will find an additional bedroom with a double bed, balcony and air conditioning, a true oasis for a restful rest after a day full of activities.

#### Schönes Haus mit Pool

Das Haus in L'Escala war sehr schön. Für uns war es ein toller Urlaub. Als wir ankamen war sowohl das Haus als auch der Pool gereinigt. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war sehr gut, der Check in lief wie besprochen.Den Pool haben wir täglich genutzt und am Strand waren wir in ca 10 min mit dem Fahrrad.
