### Villa in La Escala near Els Riells Beach

These modern semi-detached houses, each with two stylish apartments, offer a standout architectural design on the outskirts of La Escala. The beautifully landscaped garden, featuring palm trees, oleanders, and other plants, creates a tranquil oasis. With a pool and plenty of space to relax under the sun, it's the perfect place to unwind. The interior is modern, with a well-coordinated color scheme and clean lines, providing a bright and airy living space. Located just 1.5 km from the beach and the picturesque "Els Riells" promenade, this property offers easy access to local attractions. La Escala, situated in the southern Bay of Roses in northeastern Catalonia, is known for its stunning natural beauty and lively atmosphere. Guests can enjoy a variety of activities, including bicycle rentals, mini golf, tennis, and diving. The charming old town adds a cultural touch to the area. The holiday complex offers excellent amenities, including three common outdoor pools, along with four smaller pools (18 sqm) open from April to October. Relax on the sun loungers or enjoy the communal terrace with garden furniture and parasols. Free Wi-Fi is available in the reception area, and additional services like massages and bicycle rentals are available for a fee. Please note, the property is not suitable for those with reduced mobility.  
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 9:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.
