Saona Villas offers this pretty 4 bedroom villa for 8 people with its private pool secured by a barrier and located on a garden partly with lawn. Located in the residential area of Las Tres Calas, the sea is only 3 km away. This comfortable villa, backed by the garage (which remains closed and which you will not be able to use), is built on 2 levels. The layout is simple, clean and functional: it consists of 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Outside, you will enjoy a nice garden with lawn and its private pool.  
  
Approximate distances: Urbanization Las Tres Calas. Ametlla de Mar city center 3.5 km. Sea 3 km. Cambrils and Salou 25 and 30 minutes drive. Amusement park "Port Aventura" 40 km.  
  
Areas: Habitable about 90 m². Land of about 450 m².  
  
Inside: Living/ dining room in common with fireplace, satellite TV, CD player, DVD player. Equipped kitchen (hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave). 1 double bedroom (with 2 single beds and its ensuite bathroom/ water). 1 double bedroom (with 2 single beds). 2 double bedrooms (with 1 double bed in each). In total: 2 bathrooms/ water (1 with shower, 1 with bath) / WC, one adjoining one of the bedrooms.  
  
Equipment: Washing machine, iron.  
  
Outside: Secure private pool with barrier (approximately 26 to 28 m²) with Roman steps. Outdoor shower and sun loungers (minimum 4). Garden of 450 m² with grass and gravel and large stone barbecue with sink (and electricity).  
Large open terrace with garden furniture (1 table and 8 chairs). Covered terrace. Parking for one car.  
  
To be paid on site: Compulsory package rental charges: 120 € / stay. Pets: allowed (an extra. 50 € / week). Tourist tax required: € 7/ person/ stay. Internet connection to be paid (subject to sufficient stock): €15/stay.  
The garage is closed during rentals, so you will not be able to use it. Groups of young people under 21 are refused.
