Saona Villas offers this charming and intimate villa with its large private pool. It welcomes you in a quiet and quiet environment just 1 km from the sea and 2 km from the city center! Beautiful villa that enjoys beautiful well maintained exteriors. The land is home to a beautiful private pool, a barbecue area, a charming covered terrace... The interior is just as nice with the Internet connection in Wifi. Furnished in a simple and rather rustic way, you will find all the necessary comfort and with the free Wifi Internet connection. It is located near a field of olive trees.  
Approximate distances: Sea 1 km (Cala Del Llop Marí beach). Sandy beach 1.9 km (Cala de Pixavaques). Supermarket 2 km. Cambrils and Salou 25 and 30 minutes drive. Amusement park "Port Aventura" 40 km. Tarragona 55 km.  
Areas and comfort: Habitable about 110 m². Land about 1,200 m². Internet Wifi. Air conditioning: lounge (with programming 14H00 to 18H00 and from 22H to 06H00).  
Inside: 1 living/ dining room with fireplace, satellite TV + air conditioning. 3 bedrooms and a mezzanine (attention, it is indeed a mezzanine and not a real room: see photos), with 2 single beds and 3 double beds.
