The check-in was a little frustrating because none of the staff spoke English. There is a smoking room just beside the check-in desk, so the first thing you smell when you walk into the building is smoke. The place is bare-bones - rooms are small but adequate, no ice machine or ability to get ice at the hotel, no vending machines or food. The worst problem was the internet - when it worked, it was extremely slow. Half of the time it didn't work at all. The staff did their best to try to fix it, but it never worked well. Per E-Mail kam vorab die Info, dass das Zimmer bereit sei und nach dem Check-In bekommt man eine weitere mit der Zimmernummer, Zimmerschlosscode und Code für den abendlichen/nächtlichen Zugang ins Hotel. (Gibt's aber auch persönlich am Empfang) Das Englisch des Personals war ok für die Basics.
