Great find!! I'm astounded what you get for your money. Huge room, by japanese standards, great amenities, friendly, helpful staff with good English. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance, cheap or otherwise. Walking distance to Nishiki market (15 mins), Gion (5 mins), and to Kiyamizu Dera (25 mins). A/C worked great in the summer. Staff was extremely nice and spoke English. Only downside is that the mattresses and pillows in the rooms are extremely firm - probably the firmest I've ever experienced in my travels. I had packed a travel pillow and ended up using that. La chambre pour 3 ou 4 personnes est toutefois un peu petite maxi 3 personnes pour ne pas se marcher dessus.... Présence d'un lave linge simple d'utilisation super pratique.
