The breakfast is very good, with local food. I loved the public bath, very spacious and equipped with all the comforts. The location was excellent, right in front of Kyoto Station, with many restaurants, shops, and convenience stores nearby. The stay at the hotel was great, Kyoto is wonderful. The hotel's location is fantastic, directly across form the airport bus depot. Th breakfast buffet is well stocked and offers some nice local options. The only problem was that we had three people, and the double room was turned into a triple by putting an extra bed in. We cold not easily move in the room. Staff was friendly and nice.
