The big issue is the not working WiFi in your room. We had a Japan Esim, but otherwise you would have a problem. It looks to me they are not really working to fix it. But except this I will really come back to this hotel. The hotel sits at the middle of every typical attractions. It takes a couple minutes of walk to the nearest station and buses. Depending on where you plan to visit, in the middle means it takes same as long to go any direction. Which could be an inconvenience for some. We didn’t encountered many staff during our stay, everything was done remotely, and they left all the supplies you may need at the lobby. Which is perfectly fine for me.
