The concierge, Yumi, in particular, went above and beyond to help us arrange our bullet train transportation after our stay to make our upcoming journey as seamless as possible. We could not be more grateful for her assistance. Our Grand Serenity room was beautiful. We appreciated the additional treats that were provided during turn down service. We also loved the essential oil selections to enhance the smell of our room. The bed in our room was the most comfortable we had on our 2 week trip in Asia. My husband and I felt like we were in zen heaven during our entire stay.
