"Room for 4 person but too small for 4 person. No place to put luggage. Share bathroom. Other was acceptable. Please check the policy before book. Rules are rules and there is no flexibility. The best part is the weather is cold in Japan, but the nights in Kyoto are boring. If you want to enjoy the nightlife, not recommended to stay in Kyoto."
