The staff are so amazing, completely first class, always smiling, friendly and helpful - they even took my husband to the local supermarket to buy fresh milk, we also used the free shuttle to the local beach. The rooms are huge, beautifully decorated and the bathroom is built for giants. We loved our rooftop terrace to just chill in the shade. We stayed for 4 nights and ate in the restaurant every night, so much choice, great value and it was delicious. Breakfast was also amazing, you have 2 courses, savoury - Indonesian and also Western options, then a sweet course - I loved my smoothie bowls, and my husband loved his banana pancakes with ice cream. We did encounter some slight road/building noise, but that was due to our room being close to the road, however you couldn’t hear it inside, and I was upset one evening to see a caged bird hung up in the grounds frantically trying to get out which was quiet upsetting, but that’s because I don’t agree with it. While the rooms themselves felt a bit dated and lacked some basic amenities like conditioner and lotion, the staff truly made up for it. Their attentiveness and warm service ensured a thoroughly enjoyable experience. We visited Saffron Restaurant for breakfast twice, and the food was exceptional. There was a great variety of options, along with freshly cut fruits every morning. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Our villa was near one that was undergoing renovations, but Mr. Ratya promptly moved us to another villa to minimize any construction noise, even though it wasn't very noticeable from our bedroom. This thoughtful gesture showed his commitment to our comfort. Giddi was also very helpful, offering excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants. Overall, we had a fantastic experience with Nunamkhalu, having booked with them twice now, and we will definitely return. Daher war es ein sehr ruhiges Plätzchen, bei dem man sich entspannen konnte. We stayed for 6 nights and the staff are very helpful, warm and kind. They are always ready to help and have good recommendations for tourists to do. The villa is very safe and quiet if you are looking to stay somewhere away from the city. They also have really great breakfast options and value for money. The spa was also really nice but the rooms had a dewy odour. The pool is also not heated so the water was too cold to use. The shower heads had some mould but could easily be cleaned.
