Location not too bad as a short ten-fifteen minute walk to the main square. Hotel has a good number of mini market shops nearby. Our room was on the top floor and was a double room which was just the right size, but there was no wardrobe. Comps were slippers, soap and shampoo only. Downsides I’d say would be lack of shower curtain and also a bit noisy as no doors from reception to the rooms so even though we were on the top floor got woken a few times by noise in the hallway. Rooms are clean and serviceable. Only issue was some slight noise in the corridor from other guests in the night -although this was not the fault of the host. Breakfast was good -freshly served at the table after agreeing a time the previous night. There is a small minimarket just below the hotel. Convenient location. Steetside free parking in the area. This is a basic little hotel run by the very helpful George. He will arrange a cheap airport transfer and days out to local sights - usually in a taxi and for US dollars (40 dollars for Chiatura and 50 dollars to Martvili via the Prometheus caves). He also drove us to Rioni railway station for 15 GEL. The rooms are basic but clean. There is a shop and little bakery nextdoor. The hotel is walking distance to the centre off Kutaisi. New and comfortable budget hotel. Clean, good size rooms with bathrooms, tasty breakfast. Strong wi-fi. Parking. Small supermarket next door, 10-15 min.walk to the center with plenty of restaurants and shops. Very nice, warm,helpful and informative staff. One of us was sick, they were really great, helped immediately finding a doctor.
