Hotel bien situé, avec sa piscine et son bar sur le toit. Un petit déjeuner avec un énorme choix. Par contre, vue sur cours n 'est pas correct, la vue était sur un hall, nous ne pouvons donc pas voir le ciel ni ouvrir la fenêtre.

Room not ready at the check-in, lots of smokers while eating at the open area buffet. Patio of the pool has to be fixed lots of loose board planks dangerous of falling. Paid extra for swim up pool rooms but very noisy, had to make formal complaints for noise during the night and front desk told us did not see it on security video. There was a party in the room next to us at 11:06pm and 2:30 am!!! One of the treadmills in the gym not working and was not fixed, needs some upgrades in equipment. Rooms 218-219 are below dining area so early in the morning you maybe woken by sounds of chairs and tables being prepped. This hotel has a great location and amazing buffet breakfast.

Hotel convenable
Hôtel bien situé face à la mer. Personnel très agréable. Le problème c’est la salle de bains des chambres, très vétuste, les toilettes et la douche en mauvais états généraux. Nous avions une chambre de luxe au 3ème la fenêtre ne s’ouvre pas et la vue pas terrible du tout. ensuite nous avons eu une chambre avec balcon et lagon la même salle de bain vétuste, une odeur de moisissure et une vue sur un immeuble pas mieux !! L’hôtel mérite une étoile de moins !! Dommage car il y a du potentiel une réfection des salle de bains et de la façade seraient nécessaire !!

Pas mal ... Mais peut mieux faire !
Le personnel est très accueillant serviable et à votre écoute. L'hôtel est très bien placé, a quelques minutes à pied de la place. Le petit déjeuner est sympa avec beaucoup de choix. Les points négatifs sont les suivants: - bruits de moteurs, machines à l'intérieur de l'hôtel toute la journée et toute la nuit. - les chambres sont vieillissantes et plutôt mal entretenues. - De petits désagréments viennent gâcher la fête, l'eau chaude de la baignoire qui ne fonctionne pas, des petites fourmis dans la chambre, le refregirateur du mini bar qui fait beaucoup de bruit la nuit, légère odeur d'égouts dans les toilettes... donc dans la chambre. En bref, un hôtel correct, un peu trop bien noté à mon goût, ne devrait pas coûter aussi cher pour ce niveau de qualité. Ps : les toilettes et la salle de bain sont dans man chambre.

Bien situé mais Hotel ok sans plus
Hotel très bien situé mais on se sent coincé. La piscine occupe toute la place et il est impossible de passer par la piscine pour sortir de l'hôtel. Il faut prendre les corridors extérieurs de l'hôtel. Buffet déjeuner ok mais cela a été le srul endroit durant 25 jours où j'ai été malade apres le déjeuner.

Chere Claudine, Je vous remercie de vos commentaires. En effet la piscine situee au roof top, en occupe la majorite. Je suis surpris que vous soyez sentie mal apres le petit dejeuner. Nous sommes certifies HACCP avec un score bien au dessus de celui requis et nous attachons une importance tres particuliere a l'hygiene et la qualite. Neanmoins nous offrons des plats asiatiques et indiens qui peuvent deranger des estomacs fragiles. Je vous remercie encore de vos commentaires Cordialement

Tout était parfait, en face de la mer. Juste a côté du centre commercial et les restaurants. Saut qu'il y a certaines chambres qui n'ont pas de vue vers l'extérieur. On ne peux voir s'il fait jour ou nuit.

Tout etait très bien apart petit bémol on est arrivé a 13h on nous as dit qu'il fallait aller faire un petit tour car le checking se fesait a 14h (tout a fait normal) mais quand on est revenu a14h30 on nous a demandé d'attendre encore 30min... le petit déjeuner etait pas mal mais il y a moyen d'avoir mieux pour moins cher dans le quartier. Si vous avez de la chance comme nous vous aurez une chambre

An absolutely fantastic property in Kuta. With some of the best service staff in the business. Property is well located near the beach. Safe. Secure. Lots of shopping close by. Due to environmental policies they don’t actually clean the rooms with bleach or sterilise anything so my perception is the room was dirty. I only ate at the hotel and got Bali belly every time I ate, which became obvious that non sterile policy existed in the kitchen as well. It doesn’t matter how well I clean my hands if no one else does. A vacuum might work to pickup dust if you actually used it! I did see a vacuum in the hallway.. never saw it used in the room, and I did stay in to observe how the room was cleaned. The staff were made aware of room issues like toilet running constantly and still it was not rectified. If you can’t drink the water from the tap how can you hope to clean yourself without re contamination? All in all the view was spectacular.. can’t say the same for Bali belly

Checkin was easy. There’s a nice coffee area if arriving early. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The room has a bar fridge. There’s a store at the base of the hotel. It is across from the beach and close to the mall plus there are many small shops and vendors close by. The breakfast buffet has many options to suit different tastes. The omelets to order were delicious.

Hotel was fine, had a nice swimming pool, the neighborhood was typical with lots of people trying to sell you something, and constantly asking where you’re from, how old are you, annoying, but that is not the hotel’s fault. There is a Starbucks next to the property.
