Pick up staff was very kind and gave warm welcoming. The breakfast buffet was really nice. The room is clean and tidy and with strong hair dryer!! There is a shopping mall nearby, so we had dinner at the mall (a lot of good restaurants!). Moreover, mall galleria and the hypermart was just connected to the hotel for convenience shopping , food and hangout... I lost some money due to a cheater in a local money changer. The next day , hotel manager Mr koming helped me out, he filed police case. It was really nice and clean hotel. The service was amazing! The location was also close to the airport. So it's convenient however, if you want a beach view then it might not be feasible for you. It's a local city view from the balcony. The shopping mall is close by so many things to do there. The staff was very helpful. This hotel is just next of "Mal Bali Galeria". There is a small door secured by hotel room key near the hotel's swimming pool. Using this door, you can go parking lots of Mal Bali Galeria, very easily.
