The onsen was very nice. It was my first time going to an onsen, and this one was small and relaxing. The facilities were excellent and clean. The staff was instantly accommodating when my flight was delayed and I ended up arriving an hour after check-in was accepted, but the staff graciously waited for me to arrive so I wouldn't be deserted. After that, all the rest of the staff have been very welcoming to me, even though I'm not too fluent in Japanese, and they provided excellent breakfast choices every morning. I stayed for a week and the atmosphere remained feeling clean and safe. I want to say thank you to everyone working there! The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options and they have a comfortable onsen that's available for use every morning and night. What's good too is that there's a lock keypad for the women's bath, so we don't have to worry about anyone intruding. The rooms are snug and comfy, but not too compact. Unfortunately there's no refrigerator, so if you're keeping any snacks or food, make sure it's something non-perishable.
