The location is perfect for us. Close to the pier (literally facing it), but on a side street with less traffic. The kids loved the pool, spending many hours in it. My only critique would be on the furniture. Trying to get up from the couch took some work! Enjoyed the amenities that came with the property! The only downside, was the garbage disposal (I fixed while there). A quick manual crank, and reset the breaker on the unit itself, made it functional. Also, the dryer ran, however it would not dry. No worries. It all worked out!
