Welcome to "Sunny Vacations Villa” where the views of the Atlantic and Kure Beach Pier are right outside your door. This unique corner unit has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths with an open living area to comfortably accommodate a family group of 15 and your sweet pups! It's just a short walk to get some great food and to enjoy the local things Kure Beach has to offer. This is a vacation spot that will make you want to come back. The ground floor has a neat bedroom at the back end of the garage with its own bathroom, TV, and an entry and exit that face Fort Fisher Blvd. There is a Twin and a pyramid bunk in the ground floor bedroom that has a Double bed with a Twin trundle underneath and a Twin bunk on top. As you go up to the first floor, you have a nice, updated kitchen with an open living area that has a dining area, two couches (one is a sleeper), and a door that leads out to the deck to show you its view. At the other end is a Queen bedroom with a connected bath. As you walk up to the top floor, you are greeted by a hallway that splits in three directions. Straight ahead is the laundry room; to the left is a King bedroom and a connecting bath that includes a stand-up shower as well as a tub. To the right leads to the open space and vaulted ceilings of the primary bedroom. The attached bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub and a stand-up shower, the open floor plan holds a King-sized bed and there is also a sleeper sofa. Don't forget to walk out on your own personal deck to enjoy your mornings! Just steps out the front door is a pool for your use. \*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office. Occupancy 15. Stay Restrictions: Sunday to Sunday rental in Summer. Minimum of 2-night stay other seasons. Bedding Configuration: 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 1 Twin, 1 Pyramid Bunk (Twin over Full), 1 Twin Trundle, 2 Sofa Beds. Parking: Parking for two vehicles - one garage, one in driveway. Parking on the grass or outside of the provided area may result in ticketing or towing at the vehicle owners expense. Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of pets are selected. Nonrefundable fees are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on VRBO and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty fees which are disclosed in House Rule #16\. Prohibited: Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Parking on the Grass, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental. The townhouse was three stories, very quiet, and literally 60 seconds from the beach, and only 15 minutes from all kinds of activities and restaurants. The townhouse was very clean and inviting. I wondered about the lower score on cleanliness when I read the reviews but I tribute those solely to the marks on the walls, which simply indicate a little paint touch up would be in order. The bottom floor is the entryway with the door to the right that goes to the garage. At the back of the garage is a bedroom complete with bunkbeds and a half bath. It also has its own doorway exit. This set up worked out well for us since we have a 15-year-old and 11-year-old, but if you have younger children, it could pose a problem since they are technically on the ground floor by themselves. The second floor has the kitchen, living area, and a full bathroom, which is shared by a bedroom with a queen bed. The third floor has two bedrooms complete with bathrooms and the laundry room with a washer and a dryer. The second and third floors have a veranda with a beautiful view of the beach. The pool was still available and the kids had a great time there as well. There were 8 of us and more than enough room for us all. ##### Summer H. Location of the unit was that allowed easy access to the beach and loved being able to come back to the pool to get a break from beach. We did have the dryer, dishwasher and A/C unit all break while we were there. The responded to our calls quickly but were unable to fix the dryer and dishwasher which led to a lot of dirty clothes and hand washing of dishes for the week. Not fun with 3 little ones running around. The A/C was fixed in within a couple of hours. Overall good trip but the inconvenience of the dishwasher and dryer breaking was a pain for the week. ##### Jake W. Very minimal and cheap kitchen pans, silverware, knives. Walls (throughout)and ceiling (above dining table)need painted. Missing toilet roll holder in master bath and towel hook. Jul 3, 2023 Liked: Check-in, location Disliked: Cleanliness, communication #### The location was great but.... So the location was absolutely beautiful. We could walk across to the beach. We could see the beach from the balconies. So in short wonderful. There was 2 garbage cans. One was breeding nets which wouldnt be such a problem but the kids bedroom is off the garage. So all the nets and flies got into that room. Even more nets and flies were in that room due to someone leaving a sandwich bag of deli meat behind the mini fridge in that room. The smell was awful. Furthermore, the ring inside the toilet suggested that it had not been cleaned. Then there was the random guy that showed up to change out the air filters. I dont understand why that couldnt be done in between occupancy. No one wants a random person showing up to do work that can wait. The unit also needs updating. All in all, the location is unbestable, but the price is ridiculous. I wouldve rather had nicer accommodations amd stayed a little further from the water than to deal with all those bugs. ##### Tyra M. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed the place we stayed, but it needs alot of TLC / improvements !!!! The refrigerator was broke when we got there. Called the maintanence guy to come out Saturday night. He seemed annoyed that he had to come, but we had a lot of food in refrig that could go bad and needed refrig fixed. He didn’t really check out anything in refrig and said we would have to wait until the next day. We had to keep all food on ice until middle of next day. Very aggravating !!!! It was finally fixed on Sunday at noon. Washing machine would not spin out the water, so every time we washed, we would have to go mess with it to get the water to spin out !! Aggravation ! Need some blankets in the condo for the beds. Needs more supplies and utensils in the kitchen !!!!! Needs storage bowls, mixing bowls and smaller bowls to eat from. Also needs some variety of casserole type dishes to cook in. This condo just needs some TLC from owner, .... if he cares about his renters ! ##### Judy F. The room in the garage was not usable. Between the average temperature of 60 degrees, the bed was not stable and it was not appropriate for children to be that far away from us. The location and the view is wonderful! The pool was really nice to. One of the kids said that they saw online that it was for sale and that would explain it all.
