This pet-friendly single-family home has everything you need to make you feel comfortable on the island. While the cottage is a Kure Beach classic, "Cote de Kure Cottage" features updates and a very convenient location mixed in with antique charms and a cozy feel that will make you want to come back and stay here often. Relax on the south facing front porch and wave at the folks strolling by, or take in some sun and a little more privacy in the fenced in back yard. Of course your furry family members are also invited. Inside the home, you'll find an open living, dining and kitchen area. The primary bedroom has a Queen bed as well as an adjacent single room with a Twin. Three more bedrooms with Full beds are downstairs each with its own beachy feel. This is a clean, classic, and comfy little cottage that will soon become your family's favorite place to vacation. You'll be just steps away from the beach using the H Avenue access, where a lifeguard stand in located to keep everyone safe and having fun. While in the area, be sure to check out the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, where you will find shops, restaurants and the summer activities such as fireworks, carnival rides and live music. Watch the fishermen come in with the catch of the day at the marina or dine out with the family. Don't forget your rods and reels, as the world famous Kure Beach pier is also just a short walk away. Make plans today to stay in beautiful Kure Beach! Occupancy 9: Three night minimum rental in Summer. Minimum two night stay other seasons. Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of pets are selected. Nonrefundable fees are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement.
