We think you'll love our beach vibe. This is a beach house that allows you plenty of privacy and space for the perfect getaway! Picture yourself relaxing on our cool deck which is nestled into a beautiful live oak tree, or take a nap on our screened in porch. The living room has plenty of seating for everyone. The entire living space is open concept which allows for fun gatherings, The kitchen has been beautifully remodeled with granite counters, a glass back splash and high-end cabinetry with soft close features. Storage for all your food is no problem, and the kitchen is fully stocked! Cozy up to the kitchen island on one of our four retro barstools or dine at the table which seats four. Hardwood flooring throughout makes for easy clean up! This home has three bedrooms on the main floor with two full baths. The spacious primary bedroom has a brand new (2024) king mattress and a 50-inch flat screen smart TV. A California closet system provides ample space for all your clothes. There is an attached bathroom with a full tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a brand-new queen mattress and a 43-inch smart TV. The third bedroom has a brand-new (2024) queen mattress with a 43-inch smart TV as well. The large hall bathroom has a shower/tub combo and houses a brand new for 2024, washer and dryer for your convenience. Downstairs is a spacious room with two sets of bunk beds, three twins & one full size. A beautiful remodeled bathroom decorated in a nautical theme with granite top vanity and full tub/shower is here for you as well. Watch your favorite movies on a new flat screen, smart TV The covered carport has additional entertaining space with a full size table, swing and additional seating. In the garage you will find four beach bikes & a beach wagon. There is room in the driveway to park four vehicles. The backyard is completely fenced in, so you don't have to worry about your four legged family members! There is a park style charcoal grill. You are very close to the Kure Beach pier and several restaurants. We feel certain that this is the beach house you will return to again and again with your family & friends! Primary Bedroom: King bed Second Bedroom: Queen Bed Third Bedroom: Queen Bed Fourth Bedroom (downstairs) 2 bunk beds We provide sheets, bath towels, bed spreads, pillows & blankets. If you plan on bringing a dog, please let us know. We charge a $225\. Non-refundable dog fee. Note: The Town of Kure Beach only allows leashed dogs on the beach from October 1 - March 31\. The kitchen was amazing and they provided some wonderful kitchen utensils and glassware which were perfect. On checking in, we did have a major problem with ants in the cabinets but luckily there were bait traps under the sink which took care of that problem. We then encountered a wasp nest just outside of the front door, but the property manager brought over some Raid. The house was not very clean when we arrived with dog kibble scattered throughout the house. One of the mattresses was completely shot so we weren't able to use one of the bedrooms. But the sofas were wonderful and the tvs provided were easily hooked up to our accounts. The biggest issue we had was that the front door lock stopped working after our first week and when we reached out to the property manager, they weren't able to fix it so we didn't have access to the main point of entry for the entire second week of our stay. This was super inconvenient and really made it cumbersome to get in and out of the house with three kids and three adults which is why I gave this stay only three stars. ##### Catherine A. We really loved the location, outside shower and bikes. The house is very spacious and great for entertaining. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking. There was garbage left out on ground near cans and the yard needed mowing. The decks, outside tables and seating needed to be blown off. All of the blinds inside and out were very dirty, I had to check all windows as the ones in basement were unlocked. The laundry room drain needs to be cleaned because of the smell that was noticeable. The hammock needs to be move to another location. Overall it was enjoyable except for check in and check out times, not convenient. ##### Samuel A. I really liked the well stocked kitchen, different sized pans and pyrex dishes. We also appreciated the fenced in back yard. The dogs enjoyed playing back there.
